Dr. Ohhira's Probiotics is a food supplement made in Japan that combines probiotic bacteria, prebiotics and postbiotics in one capsule. According to the manufacturer, the ingredients are naturally fermented over a long period from fruits, vegetables, mushrooms and seaweed.

How to use
1 capsule daily, preferably 40 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal. For children under 3, the contents of the capsule can be squeezed out.

Prebiotics: plum extract (Prunus domestica L.), goji (Lycium chinense) fruit extract, fig (Ficus carica) extract, blueberry (Vaccinium spp.) extract, bayberry (Myrica rubra) fruit extract, yuzu (Citrus junos) extract, Japanese mugwort (Artemisia princeps), komatsuna (Brassica rapa var. perviridis) leaf and stem extract, shiitake (Lentinula edodes) powder, Agaricus blazei mycelium powder, maitake (Grifola frondosa), seaweed (Hizikia fusiforme) extract, seaweed (Undaria pinnatifida) extract, kelp (Laminaria japonica) extract.
Probiotics: Bifidobacterium breve ssp. breve M-16V, B. infantis ssp. infantis M-63, B. longum BB536, Enterococcus faecalis TH10, Lactobacillus acidophilus ATCC SD5212, L. brevis NBRC 3345, L. bulgaricus NBRC 13953, L. casei TO-A, L. fermentum NBRC 3071, L. helveticus ssp. jugurti NBRC 3809, L. plantarum TO-A, Streptococcus thermophilus NBRC 13957.
Postbiotics: including acetic, citric, fulvic, humic and phenyllactic acids, oligosaccharides, polyphenols, melanoidin and small amounts of chelated minerals, vitamins and amino acids.
Other ingredients: mountain spring water, safflower oil; vegetable softgel: bulking agent: roasted non-GMO starch, humectant: glycerin, thickener: carrageenan from red algae, colour: caramel, acidity regulator: calcium carbonate, glycerin ester, vitamin E, beeswax, emulsifier: lecithin.
