How to use
Adults: 1 level teaspoon (3 g) daily, mixed with at least 500 ml of cold water, or as recommended by a doctor or other healthcare professional. Many prefer to take magnesium in the evening.
Note: mix only with cold water. Let the mixture react for a couple of minutes until the taste turns from sour to neutral, then drink. In warm water the powder reacts vigorously, the container heats up and the magnesium becomes lumpy.
