How to use
Adults: 30 drops (2 ml) / 2 droppers daily, dissolved in 250 ml of water, or as advised by a doctor or other healthcare professional.
Children under 5: 15 drops (1 ml) / 1 dropper dissolved in 250 ml of water, or as advised by a doctor or other healthcare professional.

Deionised water, calcium chloride, iron(II) sulphate, potassium iodide, magnesium chloride, zinc sulphate, sodium selenate, manganese chloride, chromium chloride, potassium chloride, silicon dioxide, methylsulfonylmethane, boric acid.
