Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is a plant used in traditional Indian herbal practice. Each Osavi capsule contains 400 mg of standardised ashwagandha root extract (2.5% withanolides) plus 100 µg of vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin. Made in the European Union.
