How to use
Adults: 2 capsules daily with food, or as recommended by a doctor or other healthcare professional.
Vitamin B2 may temporarily turn urine bright yellow. Vitamin B3 may cause temporary skin flushing and a feeling of warmth.

Thiamine hydrochloride, riboflavin and riboflavin-5'-phosphate, nicotinamide, pyridoxine hydrochloride and pyridoxal-5'-phosphate, calcium L-methylfolate, methylcobalamin, D-biotin, calcium D-pantothenate, calcium phosphate, inositol, para-aminobenzoic acid; vegetable cellulose capsule; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; stearic acid; purified water; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.
