Each vegetable capsule of Now Foods C-1000 contains 1000 mg of vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), 100 mg of citrus bioflavonoid complex and 25 mg of rutin. One capsule a day – the large 250-capsule bottle lasts over eight months.
